Photos from my client last week

I had a very busy week. Three groups of clients came to Beijing last week. Every client was happy with my work. One of the clients came here for only two days. I took him to the Great Wall, Ming tombs, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven.
He was so happy to see those places in Beijing. He is a very good photographer I think!
Please take a look below at the photos taken by him!

This is me at the Forbidden City moat.

Glazed tile with mandarin ducks and lotus in the Forbidden City.

One of my favorite treasure in the Forbidden City.

A copper crane standing front of the hall.

A corner wall again, the wall always with yellow on the top and red with the wall.

  1. These are some of the sites Jet showed me on my visit in December. Jet is such an outstanding person and wonderful guide. His English is superb, and he is so knowledgeable of the Chinese
history. He made my trip to China so enjoyable!

  2. Jet is amazing individual! My sister and I recently took our first trip to China and were ever so fortunate to have Jet as our guide. We could not have asked for a more accommodating, enthusiastic, informative, and likeable man. As two single women, it was so comforting to have the security of a “hometown” guy showing us around.

We arrived with an itinerary of places to see and things to do. Jet organized each day so we could get the utmost of our China trip. Not once were we disappointed with the way we were treated, with the organization of the agenda, with the local foods we ate, or with the extremely pleasant company of Jet. We managed to see the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace, Tiananmen Square, a Buddhist temple, and untold other places in Beijing. We ate in only local restaurants (as we wanted to know the “true Chinese cuisine”), shopped till we dropped (and Jet bargained superbly for the lowest prices), and had the time of our lives.

Jet accompanied us to Pingyao on an overnight train. What an experience it was to travel as the “locals” do. Even though it was very cold for two Florida girls, Jet made certain we didn’t miss a thing. This had to be my favorite town, even though it is considerably smaller than Beijing. Pingyao is not as modernized as Beijing, and Jet showed us all the local sights. He even had us try donkey meat which I thought was quite good.

All in all, Jet made our trip to China ever so enjoyable. Jet is so friendly, knowledgeable, and just a jewel of a person. We can’t wait to return and hopefully my husband will travel with us this time. I would only consider using Jet as a guide in China and have recommended him to several other travelers.

  3. My partner and I just returned from Beijing. We also saw these sites thanks to Jet. Fantastic guide, great knowledge of history and of Beijing in general. Also great bargainer - saved us hundreds of dollars shopping at the markets :) Overall, Jet made our short 3 day trip an experience we will remember for a long time.
